Office Admin (Full-time) - HQ in Los Angeles, CA
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with franchisees and employees via email, phone, instant message
- Assist in a variety of administrative office duties including labeling, shipping, arranging office equipment, purchasing, and other general support
- Assist in a variety of store works.
- Follow up if there is any problems at the store and customer complaints.
- Support HR works such as revising Handbook, posting hiring posts, updating hiring packet, employment application, and etc.
- Support additional tasks as assigned
-Bilingual in English & Korean (Fluent in Korean- both reading and speaking)
-Good organizational and communication skills
-MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
-Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
-starting $15/hr+ (based on your experience)
