1. Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and/or clerical support activities for the Administrators and
the Executive Officers of the University.
2. Duties and Responsibilities
a) Screens phone calls, faxes and visitors, directing to appropriate staff or department;
b) Composes correspondence to students, faculty, staff, and the public concerning school information;
c) Manages in organization and maintenance of office supplies;
d) Assists in collection of admissions documents and organization of student file;
e) Assists with the preparation of reports, agendas, and other supporting documents;
f) Maintains contact with students regarding registration related matters and assists in maintaining student database
