Position Title: Operation Assistant
Position Available: Entry-Level
Salary: $25,000-$30,000 DOE

Summary: This position requires enabling the company executives, President and Vice President, to meet the goals and objectives of the organization through the development of work plans and coordination of schedules with relationships that fit the organization’s needs. The executive assistant directly assists with strategic planning for the development of international education and training programs.
As the assistant to the President and Vice President, you will be exposed to international marketing aspects and high-level professional networks in Los Angeles and New York. As Stanley Prep grows, you will be assisting with developing relationships with many influential individuals in various different professional areas on a global scale. Compose and produce business correspondence, reports, and related materials, or work directly with staff that generates these items.

Respond to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of company policies and procedures
Research information as requested and relay official interpretations
Perform administrative duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings and planning events. Prepare agendas, gather and organize supporting documentation, and distribute as needed. Attend events as requested to provide direct support such as, but not limited to, taking notes and provide summaries.
Research and gather data for departmental reports and marketing materials.
Assist with budget preparation by gathering historical data. Monitor assigned budget expenditures.
Accountable for preparation, development, and production of significant documents such as proposals, manuscripts, and accreditation reviews.
Make recommendations for changes or enhancements to office procedures to improve productivity, efficiency and service.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Stanley Prep reserves the right to add or modify duties at any time as deemed necessary in order to maintain operational efficiencies.
Assist with set-up and execute marketing strategies for recruiting students from U.S. for ‘Study in Korea.’
Maintain directory/database of relevant individuals, host organizations and key contacts.
Maintain the calendars for scheduling meetings and coordinate all travel related such as transportation, airlines booking and lodging.
Participate in staff meetings and trainings. Contribute towards the development for the organization, maintain continual improvement processes for areas of responsibility, and participate in discussions to support both operational and development areas.
Perform other related assignments and projects as directed by the President and Vice President.
@ Minimum Requirement/Qualifications:
A high school degree or equivalent.
Self-directing, good follow through, and ability to work independently.
Ability to organize and prepare documentation in a timely manner.
Ability to work with people from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds and possess a strong commitment to working with a multicultural community.
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
Demonstrable working skill in the use and operation of personal computers for word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
Experience in the development and use of data base applications.
Valid California Driver License, proof of auto insurance and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Able to travel as requested, domestically and abroad.
Vision ability to inspect written documents; ability to communicate with staff, clients and public; sitting for extended periods of time; bending, kneeling and reaching to retrieve and replace files; and dexterity of hands and fingers to operate office equipment.
