property tax에 변동에 대해서 알고싶습니다.

수고하십니다.
오래전에 집을 구입했습니다. 사정상 ex 남편의 이름을 빼고 제 아들의 이름을 대신 deed에 올릴려고 합니다. 그리고 제이름은 그대고 남겨두고요. 그럴경우 property tax를 지금 집값 시세로 올라가는지 아니면 지금 pay 하고 있는 property tax를 변동없이 그대로 pay 하는지 알고싶습니다.
