<< Position : Facility Associate >>

Job Type: Full Time

Position Type: Non-exempt

 

Your Role as a Facility Associate

   o Plan and oversee implementation of design for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects

   o Solve problems, schedule activities, coordinate inspections, manage safety regulations, manage on site meetings, 

        read blue prints, enforce quality control, be a team player, etc.

   o Handle all aspects of on-site construction management

   o Select and coordinate contractors and vendors needed for project

 

We Are Excited About You If You Have

   o Minimum 3 years of work experience or equivalent certificates in retail construction

   o Proven ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and follow direction

   o Proven ability to effectively operate computer software basics and Microsoft Office

   o Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed

   o Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays 

   o Bilingual skills in Korean, Chinese, Spanish, or Vietnamese

   o Valid driver’s license

 

<<Position : Human Resources Associate >>

Job Type: Full Time

Position Type: Non-exempt

 

Your Role as a Human Resources Associate Include (but are not limited to)

   o Finalizes bi-weekly timesheet of employees for payroll process. 

   o Performs Employee Relations functions by answering employee requests and questions.

   o Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files. File other documents into appropriate employee files. 

   o Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates and responds with follow-up letters at the end of 

        the recruiting process. 

   o Assists with implementing new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.

   o Train employees on company’s compliance policies 

   o Performs other related duties as assigned.

Your Role as an Employee Relations Associate Include (but are not limited to)

   o Serves as the liaison and spokesperson for the management and department leaders, providing Spanish translation service in support 

        of building employee morale, productivity, retention, and policy compliance. 

   o Partners with the leaders in store level to understand and provides guidance and coaching to managers, supervisors, and senior leaders 

        on communication strategies

   o Advises and trains managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems 

        and employee grievances. 

   o Organizes, and effectively conducts employee training on various skill, policy, and compliance areas.

   o Maintains detailed reports of employee relations activities including calls, complaints, injury claims, and any relationship 

        problems among employees. 

   o Compile and consolidate reports for accurate record keeping purposes. 

   o Reviews applications for entry-level and non-exempt positions; conducts and/or schedules preliminary interviews. Assist the store 

        in hiring new employees in new store opening.

   o Maintains an attitude and philosophy consistent with the company’s standards. 

   o Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Type: Non-exempt

 

Your Role as a Logistics Admin and Dispatcher

   o Dispatch and route trucks accordingly to their pickups and deliveries 

   o Manage drayage activity including container pickup and return 

   o Perform customer service, allocation, traffic, routing, but not limited to: generating all related paperwork and necessary 

        information required for customer work orders including checking all orders for special requests and posts inventory records

   o Maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, 

        invoices, shipments, and inventory counts in a timely manner

   o Communicate daily with team members and management about operations support procedures

   o Work experience in a warehouse management or as a truck dispatcher

   o Ability to analyze problems, present facts, make recommendations, and implement solutions

   o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

   o Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays 

   o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suite products

 

<< Position : Maintenance Technician >>

Job Type: Full Time

Position Type: Non-exempt

 

Your Role as a Maintenance Technician

   o Performing general routine, period, or special inspection, maintenance, and repairs on facility equipment and property structures

   o Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary

   o Implement preventative maintenance measures on all equipment and facilities

   o Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

   o Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol

   o Perform other maintenance and inspection duties as requested

   o High school diploma or equivalent 

   o Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field 

   o Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays 

   o Ability and willingness to work extended shift periods, weekends, non-regular work periods, and/or holidays as needed, be "on-call", 

        and respond to emergency situations

   o Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

   o Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices 

   o Valid driver’s license
