Customer Claim Specialist-CS 운영팀

Qualifications and Requirements

Assistant Accounting Manager-재무팀
1. Financial statement reporting
• Interact with the business team and IT team and handle closing schedule
• Preliminary review on trial balance, checking anything out of ordinary
• Build report for CFO and headquarter reporting package
• Consolidation package report on a quarterly basis, verifying the intercompany transaction
• Expectation management
• Review and revise the accounting position to respond to the auditor under the supervision of the team leader
• Respond to various request and questions from the financial statement auditor
2. Tax
• Handle tax reporting and payment history, for all the tax items
• Build an income tax-efficient managerial point under the supervision of team leader
• Handle local taxes (i.e. property tax, sales tax) and do the analysis
Qualifications and Requirements
• Be proactive
- A structured thought process
- Proficiency in Excel
- Reporting skill, making a clear distinction between fact and opinion, and between what is relevant and what is not
- Good understanding of the data flow within ERP
Marketing Assistant Manager
Summary/Objective
This position works for all aspects of an organization's daily business.
This covers marketing, public relations, social media event, and customers relations.
This position also requires developing highly effective marketing plans through a deep understanding of the consumer and the brand's target market, which in turn,achieves profit and maximizes the brand's long-term potential.
Essential Functions
• Creating marketing strategies such as brand positioning, promotion and public relation scheduling, and deciding on the
selling platform.
• Creating new selling initiatives, developing new buyers, customers, and sales channels, and positioning throughout the industry
• Adjusting plans accordingly in order to meet the sales target.
• Provide forecasts for selling products

Travel
This position requires up to 30% travel.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, science or other related discipline or associate’s degree and related experience.
At least one year of experience in industry business development and/or research and development arena. Must have experience supporting the development of (ex. at least six proposals to commercial and non-commercial sponsors) or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
