안녕하세요, 비즈니스가 잘 되고 있어서 2~3년마다 4~50만불 가량 되는 주택들을 지속적으로 구매하여 렌트를 돌리고자 하는데 개인이 주택 구매하는데 제한 및 또는 알아둬야할 제약 같은게 있을까요?
