Digital Marketing Staff - Digital Marketing


Responsibilities: 
 Curate content to be shared across social channels.
 Schedule social media updates and regularly monitor social media platforms, responding to mentions, comments, 
  and direct inquiries.
 Help shape the company's brand voice on social media.
 Edit and upload blog posts on various platforms.
 Manage email marketing campaigns.
 Develop social media strategies for organic content promotion, in coordination with blog efforts.
 Use social to interact daily with community members, influencers, and members of the target market.
 Grow and manage company's engagement pipeline:
 Identify relevant industries or groups to target for relationship-building efforts (ex. solopreneurs, small business experts).
 Research and identify individuals that align with those industries and interests.
 Update the engagement pipeline with progress on relationship-building efforts.
 Incorporate campaign-specific efforts into the engagement pipeline as needed.

Qualifications: 
 A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing-related position
 Knowledgeable about native social media platforms and third-party social management tools.
 Skilled at writing copy in a brand’s voice.
 Organized and ability to prioritize work and tasks

Business Planning Staff - 기획팀

Responsibilities: 
 Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
 Create reports for internal teams 
 Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
 Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
 Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
 Structure large data sets to find usable information
 Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information
 Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings

Qualifications: 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
 Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Accounting Manager - 재무관리팀

Responsibilities: 
 Manage and oversee the daily operations of the corporate finance department
 Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
 Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close on a consolidated basis, including support 
  for quarterly reviews and year-end audits
 Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payment transactions
 Manage various tax issues including: Income tax, Sales tax, Property tax and Biz license tax
 Filing various tax reports in timely manners providing the justification of the filing outcome
 Address issues arising from accounting, and from tax in written report
 Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities
 Lead process innovation to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the reporting process and to redefine the

Accounting Assistant Manager - 재무관리팀

Responsibilities: 
 Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Subsidiary Ledgers, ensuring accurate coding of Accounts 
  Payable invoices and departmental accounts
 Process payments via check, wire, and ACH (Automated Clearing House) as well as directly by website and phone to 
  meet the deadline
 Prepare and record General Journal Entries to the General Ledger

Graphic Designer - 영업기획팀

Responsibilities: 
 Conceptualize, plan, design, and produce general associate marketing collateral including PR materials, brochures, 
  signage, event collateral, digital assets, and more.
 Support Marketing department with design projects
 Follow and maintain brand identity characteristics, typography, photography, color, etc.
 Help with campaigns, new product launches, press
 Oversee and coordinate the production process; develop production specifications, and select appropriate 
   production media and materials, such as ink and paper; inspect proofs for accuracy and adherence to 
   appropriate production standards
 Execute print production, preparing final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing.
 Help with an integrated approach to messaging connecting social media with web and commercial sales.

Qualifications:
